Charleston Education Partners advances school improvement through five connected approaches that move work from understanding to action. We begin with comprehensive assessment and community partnership, use clear data to inform shared learning, align resources through strategic investment, build leadership capacity, and support continuous learning and accountability. We begin by working with the school community to understand what is happening on the ground. Through school readiness assessments, we look at strengths, challenges, and opportunities using data and community insight. This shared understanding helps schools and communities agree on priorities before finding solutions.
